The Centre for Domestic Training and Development (CDTD) was started with the objective of equipping unskilled women from disadvantaged backgrounds and abusive situations with transitional skills for survival and employment.

 The Training takes place in Domestic Workers’ Training Centres where Trainees are housed for a full month and taught on various topics based on human needs as well as those relevant to domestic work.To prepare the trainees for the world of work, they are given training in labour laws, their rights and obligations as employees, to curb abuse and exploitation.
